Girls’ Weekend

Hi everybody,

I've enjoyed reading about what's going on even if I haven't had time to comment or post. It's been great to feel connected.

The past couple weeks were a frantic pace working on one of my rentals in New Port Richey, FL. With that behind me I was fully able to enjoy a girls’ weekend in the mountains of north Georgia that had been planned months ago.

Included were Angela, a friend from Tampa, Sandra, a friend from Michigan, and Tracy, Sandra's sister from California, who happened to be on the east coast for a business meeting.

We stayed at Lucille's Mountaintop Bed & Breakfast and had an awesome weekend filled with lots of conversation (I know, probably like deer camp), wine, hiking, rocking on the back porch overlooking the mountains.

The weather was absolutely perfect, and provided the relief Angela and I were looking for: sunny and mid-70's.  The sky was as blue as it is in the picture the entire weekend.  And so many stars at night!

I picked Jim up at the airport Monday morning and we headed to Orlando for the week.  He has completed his two week training in Seattle, results yet to come this week.

Next weekend we’ll be back in New Port Richey for a couple weeks.  That’s all that’s going on around here.  : )  I’ll post more pictures later.
