Some days we set out with a very clear plan and a list of things to do.Other days we don't.
After breakfast we went to Marquette for our weekly shopping trip. We picked up some sandwiches and borrowed a picnic table from the Marquette Yacht Club, conveniently overlooking Lake Superior.
We did a little hiking to see some more waterfalls on our way back to the cottage. For pictures click here.
For dinner we had a lovely front row view of the sunset of Big Shag Lake. We made our grilled chicken and eggplant "to go" and drove to the other side of the lake to enjoy Mother Nature's handiwork.
Simply delightful.
